What a week. I shot a vlog yesterday but I look TORE UP. You will not be seeing it.
I spent about 45 hours at the yoga studio from Thursday – Sunday for a prenatal teaching training intensive and I am spent. I am not a 100% happy camper with the experience to be honest and should have refrained from pouring so much of myself into it if I didn’t feel it was a safe space created by the facilitators. My bad.
The result. I am fighting something. I lost my voice early Sunday. My hip is out of whack and pulled my quad that pulled my knee. I just feel spent. But I did finish the #mamavation #2weekchallenge. Now I plan to rest for the rest of the night and for all of tomorrow.
Blech.
This week I am going to Utah for my niece’s wedding and will also get to see @nomorebacon (if I feel 100%)

Oh you poor thing! I an hoping you recover quickly because its never fun to be down. Have a great trip! Rest up. Hugs, oh we should be coming to visit in late spring or early summer now.

I hope you will have a good, quick recovery. Drink well, nourish that body of yours and be serene. Hmmm… that sounds like my ultimate goal for myself.

Oh no! I hope you recover quickly. I’ve been meaning to ask you, do you feel that yoga is something anyone, no matter their size can do? It’s something I’ve been considering trying.

I love how you recognize issues and just move on. no dwelling on them or beating up on yourself for them. What a beautiful way to live and truly my inspiration for how I’d like to evolve 🙂 Have fun in UT 🙂
