21 weeks

Last night I made an absolutely crazy baked potato and bacon soup – not low calorie. I basically wanted to use up some excess raw milk and my midwestern hubby loved it. We will be balancing that meal with salad and other cleansing, lighter fare before the big show on Thursday. Thanksgiving will not be a gluttony fest here anyway – there will be a lot of side dishes, but small and quantity and still recognizable as produce.

I really want to run or move more. I need to stop being such a punk and put that want into a “guess what I did column.” My big limitation this week is teaching a lot of yoga and not wanting to be tuckered out for my classes. It looks like Wed, Thurs, and Saturday will be my non-teaching days this week and when I can really move.

I wish all US Thanksgiving celebrants the best this week with joy and relationships. This time of year can be stressball city – I hope everyone finds the time to breathe and enjoy the present.
