autumnal equinox, already?

What a great week, I suppose month.  Busy, but good.

I am what I had thought would be my last trip of the year with Fitbloggin on the East Coast but there is a chance I may be here again in two weeks.  Oh boy.

Anyway my big news…

I have completed 13 weeks of pregnancy and do believe I am the honeymoon phase highways.  Thank goodness.  Here are some highlights of the last month.

Sub 36 5K. I kept it pretty easy because I had to take off for a week-long teaching engagement later that day.
I yoga for a week at a dude ranch. Cowboy yoga, yeehaw!
Completed the Dirty Dash minus the slip n’ slide and monkey bars. I definitely did the cargo net.
Panerathon 5k done. Did it in the stroller version, more importantly… toddler and I both raced.
Toddler’s first road race. It was only .2 miles but he did it despite mascots terrorizing him on the course. The bagel and croissants at the end were welcomed.

Other big parts of my last month were Fitcation in August and Fitbloggin this past weekend.  Oh, and we heard the baby’s heartbeat during our midwife visit.  Love my midwife.

I am currently still on the East Coast and get back to Colorado tomorrow night.  I am wiped.  I am grateful for my host here in town allowing me to sleep and pig out.  My body is loving this respite.
