Feeling like a super emo kid lately being vulnerable and open to the lessons of mercury retrograde. I had started to eat my emotions twice (which is super rare for me, but I caught myself and I am good again). I am just trying to lay low these days flying under the radar online and IRL. This is my process.
With that said Warrior Dash is this weekend. Who knows how prepped I am? 8600 feet elevation, 10 obstacles, lots of friends in my wave, and I am looking forward to getting outside to play. I need to get my outfit together and I will be wearing gloves, I am on the lookout for some sort of funky goggles, and something I don’t mind getting soiled with mud. I am also excited about next week after the race… but that will be another post.
Food this week:
Tuesday night dinner … Morrocan Chicken, veggies + brown rice
Wednesday dinner – hoppin’ john (black eyed peas, veggies, brown rice) + greens
Thursday dinner – big ass salad w/ tuna
Friday dinner -sweet potatoes, eggs, breakfast type dinner w/smoothies
Saturday dinner – post Warrior Dash eats w/ friends (most likely beer involved)
