VLOG…
As a note, no peanut butter cookies passed my lips this week. Actually have not had one this whole pregnancy… just OBSESSED with them lately. I dropped some weight this last week because I started out seven days ago pretty thick. Woohoo clean eating (as well as chilling on the carbs)! I am eating for 1.2, not 2 while I am with child. I will gladly take ANY advice on avoiding less than healthy food cravings from you.
Here I am coming out of Ardha Chandrasana in my practice this morning. I like this pic because you can see my belly, but hate it because my leg was higher just before it was snapped.
Notice the Gaiam cork block I am using? It is part of their more environmentally-friendly line.
Speaking of label whoring from awesome sponsors… I would love an EAS Active to workout with. The system apparently works for the Mamavation moms and I would love to have it for after the baby is born.
This next week… eat clean, do not pig out on too many things that I should avoid. Keep eating at least 8 freggies a day. Keep drinking water (I am up to 120 oz./day). Keep hiking, do yoga, play with weights, hit the pool. Same old same old.
And please send me any green topics you may want to discuss or learn more about in the next campaign. I will be posting challenges for us to do every week.
Now to leave you with some fun pics from today…

hahah! I love the strawberry shortcake. Your pics are awesome and YOU are having an awesome pregnancy! What a lucky little baby…all those fregies and yoga besides! Great job! Can't wait for tomorrow. EEK!
You are so beautiful! Congrats on the PB Cookies success. I like them too but my daughter is no allergic to peanuts so I will be keeping them out of the house altogether.
I have a Green Question: what is eating clean? Is that eating things that only our ancestors would recognize or is it the same as RAW?
Love the pictures! LOL You are killing me with the peanut butter cookies. Keep up the good work and yummmmmm Strawberry Shortcake (those things are so good).
For me CLEAN EATING is a general concept that is different for everyone. We are basically grown-a$$ adults and know what is good for us and what is bad for us. Clean eating is when we make sure only the good stuff passes between our lips.
For me it does involve a lot of local, fresh food items when they are in season. We are just approaching the season though. This week it has been a lot of quinoa, millet, sweet potatoes, chard, kale, peppers, berries, yogurt, almond butter, and avocado.
Hey, when the baby's pulling on your ribcage yelling "I want strawberry shortcake ice cream," then you give the baby strawberry shortcake ice cream. Nothing wrong with that!
You look so great! Keep it up you're going to be one fit mama post-pregnancy 🙂
I love Strawberry Shortcake bars – probably been 15 yrs since I've had one though. lol
Your pregnancy journey has been so amazing to watch. You look great and your attention to making this pregnancy a healthy one is really awesome. I am wishing for some of your beautiful weather up here in South Dakota so we can get outside, too. Have a great week!
I LOVED that picture of you with your leg up. But what happened to your vlog? I couldn't see it. I look forward to seeing hearing your lovely voice every week. XXOO
I saw it….I saw it! XXOO Big boobs McGee!
Great pics! You look great! Hope you win the active!
I love that you are doing some type of workout while pregnant. People thought I was strange when I did pregnant yoga and pilates! 🙂
I do not know how you resisted the PB cookie. I think I eat at least 1 PB product daily ha!
OK you are the cutest pregnant mom! I love that!
You are a BEAUTIFUL pregnant mama! I wish I had been so conscientious about staying healthy during my pregnancy; instead, I used the "eating for two" excuse for buffets, snacks, and anything I wanted. Not smart. 🙁
You are amazing!
Great job Kia! You are glowing 😀 I really liked that you took a pic of you doing yoga, kinda helped me picture how a lovely preggo mom could balance. Strawberry Shortcake ice cream is YUM!
Love the pics especially your yoga pose. I can totally relate to the cravings. I have that all the time. After all, we're humans! But you've been doing really amazing in taking care of yourself and your baby. So kuddos to you for being such a good role model to us! — @ImAHotMom
Wow. Ok so I can't hold Ardha Chandrasana like that and I'M NOT PREGNANT! You go gurl!
