Great week…

I am now in my 3rd trimester. I aced my gestational diabetes test. My husband is getting results with his clean eating program this week… he dropped 8 pounds, the eczema on his hands is gone, and his tummy feels better. Since I have been the primary cook for him I have been eating really clean this week too. There is more produce in the house than usual and you better believe I can whip it into something yummy. Freggies have been 7/7 in the last week and exercise has been a breeze. Last night I did a non prenatal class as a student and went dancing after with no issue.
This week… keep up the balance with good food, good body movement (exercise), and drinking the water. The basic tenets of all of us in the Sistahood.
