Hello everyone, I hope you had a great week.
I did well, my only drawback was one day where I ramped up my activity level without planning to eat more, or even eat enough. I paid the price and was spent. My thighs also feel a little jiggly after my hiatus, but what are you gonna do when you feel under the weather for so long? I definitely look pregnant now and need to be sure I don’t use that as an excuse to put on some extra pudge. Growth for the baby and preganncy=good, growth from not being dilgent=bad.
We had a couple of warm days this week. I walked about 17 miles in 4 days. That is how I am dealing with jiggly thighs. Well that, strength training, and not eating dessert or other goodies just because those around me are enjoying them.

As always, love your vlog! Pregnancy takes so much planning so that you are taking care of yourself and baby. Get used to that planning, it is definitely needed in motherhood too!

It's amazing the motivation that a body inside you will give. When I was diagnosed with GD, I had to learn that every single choice I made would affect my baby's health. You're doing it without the fear, just because you CAN, and you want to. That's pretty amazing. You're a good mommy, Kia!
