Spa Week 16-22 April… ahhhhhh

I am a fan of Spa Week. This bi-annual occurrence for wellness-savvy consumers is about to enter it’s 16th installation next month. The thing I enjoy most about this program is that the spas are vetted and already have excellent reputations before having $50 treatments offered through this program.

“Spa Week partners with some of the most prominent, respected names in the industry to deliver the most current trends in spa and wellness services. From introducing new massage therapies like Acupressure and Bamboo Massage and advanced, clinically proven, skin-perfecting facials to weight-loss and nutrition classes, Spa Week is responsible for educating spa-goers on how to incorporate specific treatments into their lifelong health regiments. ”

I believe in occasionally pampering oneself as part of a holistic well-being regiment whether it is something decadent like a luxury pedicure or something that can relate more to your internal body function.  Spa Week is a great time to explore high-end participating spas in your area and their services.  This year the spa offerings will be made available 5 weeks prior to the event so you can book early, or daydream then book closer to the deadline hoping you can get a slot (like I will probably do).  Simply sign up at Spa Week to have the list made privy to you – it goes live 12 March.
