Mamavation hello! I lost two pounds, not happy about that, but I am fine. Now watch me, watch me…

Physically it was a good week, I worked out fairly intensely for 34 weeks pregnancy (6/7 days), I ate a mixture of a lot of food and most of it was good for you too. Emotionally the week was up and down but I am handling myself well. My main priority at this time is my baby. I had to reset a little bit and had some henna done on my belly to spend some pretty time with the little one. You can see pics from that here.

I want to thank those of you that reached out to me this week. It is greatly appreciated. I just hope that I have been a friend to you as well during the time that we have known each other.

This week my goals are to stay active, eat well, not get caught up in my head space, and be as proactive as I can while resting and nourishing my body. I want to workout 4/7 days, pack away the freggies, keep drinking the water, and rest.

Here is the link to the BabyFit site with the bootcamp and the training videos aimed at pregnant women. This should be some good background before Tracey Mallet speaks to the group about prenatal fitness in the future.

Be sure to comment or post a picture of your garden as part of the organic gardening challenge, winner of the herb garden will be announced on Monday at the Mamavation show. Attend the show because the super awesome Dr. Renna (nutritionist and pediatrician) will be there!!! I especially love her appearances, there is a lot to learn.

    I don't think the overexercising is a bad thing for you right now. It's better to exercise and get the stress relief than any alternative. Plus, with all the extra exercise you can indulge a bit when needed and not worry. I heart you!

  6. You look great ~ loved the Henna Belly Pictures. I lost weight during the last part of my pregnancy too, I think it was like 2 to 4 lbs. Babies were healthy. Try not to let family drama get the best of you. Take care of yourself and Little Z. Hugs.

    You are looking great and your photos are gorgeous! You had a lot on your plate this week,and I would try not to worry about the 2 lbs. Just like us non-preggos worry about gaining. It may well be a fluctuation in water weight. Keep up your water and you're eating better than most of us non- preggo women.
    I am always in awe of your self control.

    I love the henna pics, Kia! I've been very sick as well for the past couple of weeks. And I just can't take it anymore. You are right, you need to give your body lots of rest for it to heal.
