mamavation monday 24 may 2010

Hello 🙂

Life is going great. Baby is almost here, like seriously… at any time now. I am 36 weeks.

I am grateful I am still active and able to use my body. I blame some of this on my commitment to the Mamavation program and the support I have been getting from you all. Thank you.

This week I do want to give the shout-out to SUBWAY. I have had a number of oven roasted chicken breast sammiches loaded with veggies during this pregnancy.

I will also see you on tonight’s Mamavation show where we will bid adieu to Rachel and Kim as our official campaign #4 moms. I will be on to talk about this next week’s eco-challenge… energy conservation as well as the honor of being Sista of the Week. Thank you again.

Last week and this week I am being gentle with myself as I keep up preparations to do a 10K next Monday. I will hopefully be doing my vlog from the course. I will not do the event if I have the baby before then, am in too much discomfort or if my midwife says no. I am eating clean though. I feel like the big impetus is to make sure my digestion is awesome for when it is time to give birth. I will be doing a home birth and most likely tweeting during the event… so when you see me doing my #twitterbirth #homebirth hashtags say hello or at least leave a joke.

Thanks.

Stay in baby, stay in… 36 weeks is too early… I had Sierra at 36 weeks 0 days – The issues we faced in our early days were a nightmare and I would never wish that on anyone.

Good luck on the 10K! You can do it!
