vloggity, blah, blah, blah, vloggity…

exercised 5/7 (yoga, swimming, walking, weights)
ate well… have no choice, hardly any room for baby and food in my torso… really conscious of what I am eating… good clean food (freggies + fiber)
hydration went well
handling stress really well

for the next week just keep pluggin away at things I need to do in small chunks. prep for midwife and team coming over for home birth visit. exercise 4/7, hydrate, eat well.

attend the mamavation show on monday especially if you are pregnant or have advice to share to the pregnant people. there are a number of ladies due nov & dec. my time to cook is almost over and I am still very active thanks to a lot of research I did on my own. take advantage of tracey mallet talking about exercise and nutrition.

also, if you would like to offer a blessing for me or my baby you can do so here.

    Its amazing you are still so active and about ready to pop! When I was that far along I was miserable but I was overweight to begin with so the extra baby weight was not fun. have a good week baby mamma!

  5. I agree that you are such an inspiration. I didn't really exercise through any of my pregnancies though I did watch my food intake with my last 4 and tried to eat and be as healthy as I could. You make me want another one!

    So proud of you, Kia! You're doing great with your fitness inspite of your growing belly. I used a belly band in late pregnancy too, but it was because I was so BIG, not because I was active.

  11. Wow, Kia! You're amazing to plan a 10K 38 weeks in pregnancy! Also, amazing to plan a 1/2 less than 6 months after birth! You look awesome and I'm so excited for you! My sister had her last 3 babies at home and she loved it. I hope all goes smoothly!
