mamavation monday 25 jan 10

VLOG…

Last week was great I 1) ate better through the day 2) sipped enough water through the day 3) had good body awareness with my developing pregnancy.

This week I am gonna push the cardio and strength training harder.

MON run – lower body strength
TUES swim – upper body strength
WED run – lower body strength
THURS swim – upper body strength
FRI run – lower body strength
SAT yoga day
SUN hike with husband

And eat like I ate last week. My comfort food night consisted of fresh blueberry pancakes and a banana smoothie with nut butter and flaxseed oil, not too shabby for being my worst meal of the week. We have all kinds of veggies on hand to play with as a great base for everything.

Other than that I am supporting Lisa and Katie as the selected Mamavation Moms for this third campaign. They will do well. Consider attending the Mamavation Mom TV show tonight for some schwag and to congratulate them yourselves.

I do need to send thanks to two events I went to this week where I won some cool stuff:

Much thanks to Mile High Mamas, Mom It Forward, and Sephora Boulder for Wednesday night fun, haircut and schwag bag

Much thanks to Pod Camp Boulder, Imulus, Threadless, Sticker Giant, Slice of Lime, and Blue Microphones for the awesome event and Snowball mike

  11. Holy Moly, if I was half as fit as you are while pregnant, I wouldn't be in the situation I am in now!
